The merchandise that we choose to market is all hand crafted by local Southern African artisans, made with locally sourced materials. These items showcase the heart and soul of the beautiful people from our rainbow nation. Each creators products that we market has a distinct African flare but is marketable to the entire world. They are tasteful and beautiful pieces. Each are made by hand and generally are unique and once off pieces that are rarely recreated. We aim to keep the content of our site, every changing and continuously introducing and featuring new creators and their work.
Our aim is that these items bring our consumers joy and they embrace our initiative of hope Ithemba is the Zulu word for hope. Each item purchased supports a local artist and we believe that what we are doing is changing lives and giving our local creators an element of hope.
